Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackYourGym platform ("TrackYourGym", "we", "us"), including the web dashboard used to manage your gym and the associated Trackle app used by your members. By creating an account, registering a gym, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

TrackYourGym is a gym management platform that lets gym owners and their authorised staff register a gym, manage members and memberships, track attendance and check-ins, define membership plans and pricing, view analytics, and connect with members through the Trackle app. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the platform evolves.

Who can register

To register a gym you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to represent the gym you are registering. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or the accounts of staff you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Staff access

Owners may invite staff members to their dashboard. You are responsible for the access you grant and for the actions of staff you add to your gym.

Access to the gym dashboard requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on either a monthly or annual basis, at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. By completing payment you authorise the applicable charge for the billing period you select.

Renewals

Your subscription must be renewed to keep your dashboard active. If a subscription lapses, access to management features may be restricted until the subscription is renewed. Your data is retained during this period in line with Section 8.

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.

When you use TrackYourGym to manage members, you are responsible for the member and client information you upload or collect. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents to provide this information to us for processing on your behalf, and that you will handle your members’ data in accordance with applicable law. We process this data solely to provide the platform to you and do not sell it.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose • Upload data you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform or its infrastructure • Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service as your own

Platform data is stored on Supabase, an encrypted cloud database platform, and transmitted over HTTPS. We apply row-level security so each gym can access only its own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You may request export or deletion of your gym’s data by contacting us.

TrackYourGym, its software, design, and branding are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for operating your gym. The content and data you upload remain yours.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, and we may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackYourGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
