Account & Identity

When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). Your password is never stored in plain text.

Profile Information

To personalise your experience, we collect your full name, date of birth, gender, weight (kg), and height. This information is stored in our secure database and used only to calculate fitness metrics within the app.

Workout & Exercise Data

We record the exercises you log, including sets, reps, weights, duration, and estimated calories burned. This data is used to display your history, streaks, and progress analytics.

Location Data

Trackle optionally uses your device location to verify that you are within your gym premises before logging a workout (geo-fence check). Location is checked in real time and is not stored on our servers.

We use the information collected to: • Provide and operate the Trackle app • Personalise workout recommendations and AI-generated plans • Display your fitness progress, streaks, and metrics • Verify gym attendance via geo-fence • Send important service and account notifications • Improve the reliability and features of the app

All user data is stored on Supabase — a SOC 2 compliant, encrypted cloud database platform. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply row-level security policies so each user can only access their own data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Trackle uses the following third-party services: • Supabase • A mobile app framework • AI backend — generates personalised workout plans from your anonymised training history These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Trackle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and data • Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g. location) To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
